The forecast called for rain, lots of it. No couple wants rain on their wedding day, but what Ashley and Tyler did with it was magical. They didn’t complain or fuss about the weather they couldn’t change, rather the sole focus was on their marriage and that was what was most important. So with good attitudes and lots of umbrellas we weathered the conditions and truly got some images that wouldn’t have been possible without the rain.
Jenessa looked over at me during the reception and said something along these lines, “You know what I love about this wedding…it’s not about the wedding. It’s about the couple, being surrounded by friends and family. It’s about the marriage, not the day.” She couldn’t have been more right. Tyler and Ashley are loved. Loved by their family and friends and truly supported. It was an honor to be a part of it.
