“If I lose my way, I will reach for you. And if I find your hand, I’ll know I am exactly where I’m supposed to be.”

Mike and Sara got married on the day before July 4th – and yes you’re doing that math correct, it was a Wednesday! Now this is a trend I can get behind. I’m all for the weekday weddings.
The whole crew gathered at a hotel near the venue in the morning to get ready. It was an easy-going and relaxed morning with the girls, and the guys were just the same. As soon as everyone was ready we headed a few minutes away to the Philander Chase Knox Estate to get ready for the rest of the day’s events.
Mike and Sara shared a first look on the front lawn of the property, and as soon as they saw each other they had permanent smiles on their faces the rest of the day. Though it was hot and there was not a cloud in the sky, these two were champs as we braved the extreme weather.
An outdoor ceremony took place and the couple shared their vows. After this guests enjoyed cocktails on the patio while the newlyweds visited with their family and friends. Dinner was served, followed by cake and dessert, and though the temperature didn’t go down at all when the sun did, guests still dance the night away celebrating Mike and Sara.
Congratulations Mr and Mrs O’Shea! We were so honored to be a part of your day!
