Marcus & Jessica {Wedding}

There is a two week period in April that makes me fall in love with photography all over again. Spring is finally back, and it is more welcomed than ever after the winter we all just endured. But in this two week period there is one thing that makes me forget all about the cold harsh winter. Cherry blossoms. To me they are a reminder of a fresh start and the many warmer spring days to come. Not to mention, they are fantastic to photograph.

Marcus and Jessica took the Spring time wedding gamble and rather than landing on a rainy day they were given a warm sunshiny afternoon filled with cherry blossoms in their prime.

Their ceremony took place right outside of the Pennsylvania Museum of Art in a small white gazebo surrounded by family. I was reminded of how fantastic technology is as Jessica’s family was part of the ceremony, via skype, all the way from Germany. The simple sermon was followed by communion and a sand ceremony.

Marcus and Jessica made my job a breeze. They have obvious chemistry and not to mention are both extremely photogenic.

Congrats to you both! It was a pleasure being a part of your special day!
