Keith & Kendall {Wedding by Haley}

Keith and Kendall began as friends in high school and were reconnected because of a mutual friend a few years later. And as they say, the rest is history. They picked up right where they left off, spending time with each others’ families in their home town, going to the beach and mountains, and cheering on their favorite team – the Eagles!

The Booking House was decorated in gold and burgundy to match their colors, with cigar boxes adding a special personal touch and giving a nod to the history of the venue. While the gentleman got ready up in the cigar lounge, two floors down in the bridal suite the girls listened to country music as hair and makeup was finalized. The bride was buttoned into her stunning lace gown, assisted by her mom, and completed the look with a pair of sparkly cowboy boots. Just outside Keith anxiously awaited for his bride. When she gave the okay he turned around and both burst into big smiles. The bridal party came out to meet the soon-to-be Mr. and Mrs. and braved the chilly end of October weather for photos outside the grand brick building.

Back inside the finishing touches were being put on the ceremony space. White lights wrapped the pillars lining the aisle, and the lights dimmed and the sun set just as the bride descended aisle. Two aunts of the bride and groom officiated the ceremony, and gave the service an extra special touch. Through tears Keith and Kendall read vows to each other, then exchanged their rings. Friends and family cheered as the now married couple walked back the aisle.

Due to some rain in the forecast, dessert was served first. The Good Humor Ice Cream truck served guests treats that they enjoyed while watching first dances between the bride and groom and their parents. Heartfelt toasts were shared by both fathers, and the best man and maid of honor. A delicious spread was served for dinner by JDK, and when they had had their fill guests took the dance floor and DJ Andy kept the party going all night.

Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Burghardt! It was such a pleasure to be a part of your big day!
