Alex & Ashley’s day was one marked with joy and a constant air of excitement. Ashley is a detailed bride and her groom helpfully joined her in all of the preparation for their day. But come August 4th, it was time to watch all of those details unfold in the unraveling of one magical day. The girls met at Ashley’s parents home, where they helped one another zip their dresses and set their hair with spray. Ashley slipped into her gown, looking breathtaking. Shortly following, her dad caught the first glimpse of his baby girl in white. He beamed from ear to ear.
The sun, paired with all of the recent rain, brought vibrants colors outdoors. We ventured to the ceremony which took place at The Holy Name of Jesus Christ in Harrisburg. The couple took part in a full mass, accompanied by their dearest friends and family, nearly 300 of them! By the end, the two were officially announced Mr. & Mrs. Martino, exiting the church to the sound of bells.
Ashley had done her research and found us the most perfect venue to stop by to take the couple and bridal party photos. The crew braved the heat like champs. Ashley and Alex walked by the river, danced in the sunlight and kissed with the blue clouds behind them.
Next up, it was time to party, and we knew this crew wouldn’t disappoint. The dances were had, glasses were clinked, cake was smashed and even a flambe show was enjoyed. The rest of the night included a big ole’ dance party.
What a celebration it was! Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs.!
