It has been a long cold winter. Typically, wedding season begins around the end of March with the fresh spring air pushing out the cold and the flowers just about to brim with blooms. With winter still on our heels this year, there was no telling what the day would bring.
Thankfully, even amongst the still dreary days, Sean and Amy’s wedding fell on one of the first nice days we have seen in months. Breezy and sixty…it was impossible not to love every moment of it.
The day was flawless. This came as no surprise. Sean and Amy have a calm presence about them. They are a “go with the flow couple” embracing each moment and loving one another in the process. It is easy to see how much they adore one another.
The ceremony was intimate. Both ceremony and reception were held in Lancaster at The Barn at Overlook. Surrounded by friends and family, they vowed to love one another till death do them part. The celebration continued into the evening with delicious entrees, dancing and fellowship.
As always, it is a pleasure being a part of a couple’s special day. I love the whole process of getting to know the couple throughout the months leading up to their wedding and then seeing their relationship be solidified in this most sacred act of marriage. Wishing only happiness on the new bride and groom! Congrats, Sean and Amy!
