It started with confetti poppers and the celebration continued all day…
Jackie and the girls primped and prepped in a gorgeous air bnb in downtown Lancaster City. Her mother and MOH helped her slip into her dress, a princess gown that was simple, yet elegant. Jackie descended the staircase to show off her look to all of her best girls, what followed was plenty of squeals with oohing and ahhing.
The day continued several miles outside of town at the Stoltzfus Homestead. Jared is know for his style and he was looking extra dapper in his blue suit and cream bow tie.
The ceremony took place in the historic tobacco barn. Friends and family arrived to celebrate the marriage of the new Mr. & Mrs. Herring. Jared and Jackie became friends in high school, stayed friends throughout college and started dating after they both moved home from school. So they had a long history became they became “official” They kept their relationship a secret from their friend group at first, basking in the new beginnings of something that was there all along. This all means that the wedding day was filled with lifelong friends that truly had walked through life with the couple. It brought a depth to the whole celebration that was really something special.
Dinner was served in the grand barn where the dances and speeches followed. As night came as the sky darkened, fireworks were lit in the distance filling the horizon with color, this bride and groom danced and kissed, soaking in what was the most magical day.
What a day it was! Congrats to the new Mr. & Mrs.
