"Tessa and the TMI team is AMAZING! We consider Tessa as our "family photographer". She was the photographer for multiple cousins weddings and my sister's wedding. Tessa takes the BEST photos I have ever seen. She is very professional, direct, and fun. She makes the best out of any circumstance. It was raining my whole wedding day and she knew how upset I was about it and was checking the radar to see if there was any breaks in the rain. As soon as there was a break she pulled my husband and I out there. That was the ONLY break of rain throughout the day. At night Tessa pulled us outside for incredible photos in the rain.

"Where do we begin? Tessa went above and beyond for our engagement shoot. I found a certain place I loved with only pictures to go off of. We have no idea how she did it, but she found the spot and we love her for it. Our pictures came out amazing. everything we could have dreamed of. Now for the wedding day… we can truly say our wedding wouldn’t have been the same without her. It’s a given that her photos are phenomenal but she makes the wedding day very personable on top of it all. She’s super easy to pose for even in the stressful moments. BOOK TESSA NOW. You won’t regret it! After watching Tessa work her magic at my two cousins wedding (I was in both of their bridal parties), I knew right away she was who I wanted photographing my future wedding. Fast forward a few years, I just got married in June 2021 and I can’t stop raving about Tessa. I recommend her to EVERYONE and of course my younger sister has already booked with Tessa for her October 2023 wedding. When hiring Tessa you’re getting SO MUCH more than a photographer. Tessa goes above and beyond to get all the perfect shots and to make sure you’re enjoying every moment. I can't say enough good things about Tessa and Haley. Their photos are beautiful, and they are wonderful people. They are so personable and easy to talk to and make you feel so comfortable, which is so important when you are in front of a camera. They have an ability to capture the most amazing moments and special expressions. We wanted a photographer that could capture our day without it feeling filtered or fake. Our photos turned out so much better than we could have imagined. Throughout the whole process they were on board to try out new things with us, like going to a floating lantern festival for our engagement shoot, and trying out floating string lights in our pictures on our wedding day. They helped us put together a timeline so we could get all of the pictures we wanted and still enjoy our wedding day. They are so efficient when working through family photos, which was very appreciated by us since our family can be all over the place. They are now putting together our album and we can't wait for the finished product.

Tessa and her team are truly amazing. From the moment we booked with Tessa to our wedding day, she was able to answer any questions we had along the way and guide us on what to do. She is very knowledgeable of what to do with the poses, photos, background, etc. that makes a picture excellent. My husband and I LOVED our E session with her at the start of our wedding planning journey. Tessa had some great places to recommend to capture beautiful photos and made our session anything but awkward. We absolutely LOVED how the engagement photos came out. Tessa is the best of the best. We used Tessa for our engagement shoot and immediatly knew we needed to book her for our wedding as well. She is so good at directing you and giving you the proper queues to get the best shots. My husband and I wouldnt really describe ourselves as photogenic, in fact being in front of a camera can be a little awkward for us but Tessa and Emily made us feel so comfortable! Our wedding day was a cold one so i wasnt sure how we were going to get outdoor shots. Tessa and Emily made it as painless as possible. I got to snuggle up in my blanket in between shots and you cant even tell its cold in our pictures. The night shots were also incredible. These two ladies really hustled to capture every moment. TMI made our wedding day so perfect. Tessa, Haley and Victoria were so professional, experienced and the SWEETEST girls. I didn't have a chance to worry about a single thing while I was in their hands. They knew exactly what they were doing, where to take photos, how to help us feel comfortable posing and don't get me started on how AMAZING the photographs turned out! Tessa went above and beyond throughout the entire wedding planning process to ensure we were well taken care of. From the video calls while we started planning, the engagement session, the QUICK return on photos from the e-session to meeting up days before our wedding day to scout out spots for photos - she just went above and beyond. Besides all of this, she was a true friend throughout the process and took so much stress away from me on the day of. I can't say enough good things about her or her team to anyone. As a former photographer myself, I was very picky about who I was going to hire to shoot my wedding. Tessa was on my list before I even got engaged, and I absolutely chose correctly! She is just absolutely INCREDIBLE. Not only is her talent insane, she is so professional and fun to be around, and she wrangled our rowdy group with such ease. Even my bridal party and family are still talking about how great she was on our wedding day, and of course how much they love the photos. I sent her a few inspo pics that I wanted for later on in the night (a little grainy and heavy flash) and she totally nailed them! Tessa and her team are the absolute best. If you hired someone else -- try to cancel your contract and hire Tessa- but really. I cannot say enough positive things about Tessa, her energy and her team. They are so professional and their energy will power your day. Tessa has an amazing eye and makes the photo process enjoyable. To say the day had fires is an understatement and Tessa pulled the whole thing together while getting me in line anytime I was about to fall apart. Her direction is the best and she knows how to control a large crowd so that your photos turn out amazing! She is easy to work with and works with you to create a seamless day. The photos- I have never looked so good in pictures, let alone our guests. The candids caught the love & laughter of the day. My friends have been hounding me about seeing the entire wedding album once they saw the sneak peeks. Short story- my friend was married and photography was through someone else. The bridal party started giving our own direction by saying 'Remember what Tessa said' and quoting some of her other directional pointers. She left an amazing memory outside of the photos she's provided.
I have never been happier with a vendor in my life. Tessa is so talented at what she does and has a lovely personality to go with. I've received so many compliments about her demeanor.

Tessa Marie Images is absolutely incredible. There truly aren't words to describe how wonderful working with Tessa and her team is. Tessa is incredibly professional and personable - she felt like a close friend from the moment we met her, and treated us so warmly, was so kind, and answered all of my insane email questions (I had a lot!). She even met with us to practice posing before our wedding (which was INCREDIBLY helpful). She is a blast to be around - we had such an amazing time when we did our engagement photos and they were beautiful, and the wedding photos were so. much. better. which I didn't think was even possible! During the wedding itself, Tessa and her second shooter Jenessa were just spectacular. I heard from so many of our family and friends that our photographers were fantastic, so nice, so professional. They breezed through our huge family portraits at epic speed and got all the shots during the wedding we could have ever wanted and more - my husband and I are not the most comfortable in front of the camera, and Tessa made us both feel incredibly comfortable and you can just see that in each photo - we look like ourselves in our happiest moments and that's an incredible gift to have captured. There were some where I was legit blown away by how amazing we both looked - and what intimacy she captured with such grace. I cannot recommend Tessa enough. I have had the opportunity to work with a variety of photographers professionally and personally, and Tessa is by far the best, by a landslide. We felt cared for and never worried for a second about the photos - which is an AMAZING thing to not have to worry about - and she by far exceeded our expectations. Do not wait. Call her right now!

For starters, Tessa has perfected the ability to make everyone she works with feel comfortable very quickly. This was key for me as I don't find myself super photogenic or generally comfortable having a camera in my face. She is super friendly and advocates for the bride and groom throughout the entire wedding process.
I wanted to get a bunch of group shots of different friend groups throughout the reception and she made it happen flawlessly.
Her wedding day timeline and pre-wedding meeting were very helpful. Tessa and her team are wonderful with communication before and after the wedding. They even helped me order parent albums right before Christmas!

"Absolutely the Best Yes (next to my now Husband). From day one meeting to hugging goodbye after the reception she was just amazing. I'm not naturally someone who loves being in front of a camera unless I'm joking around but she made me feel confident and everything on the day feel so natural and comfortable that at points I forgot she and Emily were there and was able to just be me (though there were still plenty of goofy faces I know that made it onto the camera). She helped keep us moving so we'd stay (as close to possible to) on time without feeling rushed, got the shots we wanted with family and friends (checked in that if we were ever over the group shot thing she'd take care of it) and even though it rained the whole day and I wanted to be sad there was no sunshine for our photos, she made it feel special and that things were still going to turn out amazing. We planned to have an intimate church ceremony in April 2021 and then have our full wedding reception in May 2021, and Tessa worked with us to split the hours from the package we purchased over both days, which was extremely important to us. "I don't think Tessa needs another amazing review, but I just love her to death and need to shout it from the rooftop. My wedding was November 12, 2016. I haven't received my wedding sneak peek yet, but I don't have to to know the pictures will be incredible. I saw her pictures of a friend's engagement session, and didn't look at any other photographers. I booked Tessa right away. She is always so bubbly and friendly, which is great because my husband and I are so shy! She takes control of both engagement and wedding sessions, and sticks to schedule perfectly. She meant business during family formals! We were in and out in twenty minutes, as promised! The coolest part is that I didn't have to give her a "shot list" that I see so many other brides making. She knew exactly what pictures to take! I only wish that I could have had her come earlier, so that I could get a picture with my 2 month old nephew, among just a couple other shots. With the time given, I'm positive that she was able to capture all of the best moments of the day. The most thoughtful part of the day was when she came up to me to warn me that her time was up, but wanted to make sure that she got our cake cutting and garter toss. "To start I have to admit I didn't meet with any other photographers other than Tessa, but I can honestly say, I 100% don't regret not wasting another minute looking. Tessa was absolutely amazing to work with and I knew it from the first meeting. If you are looking for a photographer that is professional yet extremely personable, high energy, striving for the highest quality and someone with a beautiful personality, I would stop looking as well, because she has it all. And her assistant Jenessa is a perfect match to her and they were a dream to work with. They both have an artistic eye that makes for amazing pictures. Tessa knows exactly how to get a perfect shot and you can tell by her work ethic that she is doing everything to make each shot look beautiful. Then when it came time for the wedding day Tessa really helped pull things together, whether it be traveling to a difficult location, finding spots off the beaten trail for amazing pictures, to not being intimated by my lovely, but controlling Dad, she really did everything in her power to make our day special and get some beautiful pictures in the process. I'm not really a picture girl, but Tessa was both able to bring out the fun, and beauty of every shot, and knew when I was getting photo fatigued, and wrapped it up. I would highly recommend Tessa Marie Images, and we plan to contact her again for our next big life event."

She is quite amazing so of course it was a no brainer to hire her for my own wedding - but she honestly exceeded all my expectations! Tessa was the absolute best wedding photographer we could have asked for! She does an amazing job at making you feel comfortable and confident, and that translates to her photos. She is also very organized and will make sure your day runs smoothly- I was running late from hair and makeup, but Tessa managed to take charge and get our day back on track. All of our family and friends raved about how great she was the day of, and cannot wait to see more of the wedding photos! By the end of the night, my husband and I were so sad that the day was over because we had so much fun working with her. I have already, and will continue to recommend her to upcoming brides because she is truly the best out there!
Oh Tessa. I cannot begin to say enough about how wonderful it has been to work with her. Everything about her work exceeds any brides expectations. Getting married can get stressful, and what I have loved about working with Tessa is that she is personable, professional, makes the environment sooo fun and her quality is top notch. She did my senior pictures, my proposal, engagement session and my wedding. I would not go to anyone else and trust them to capture my special day. Our biggest concerns were finding the perfect photographer and videographer and as soon as we talked to Tessa, we knew she would be perfect. Her portfolio was flawless and she came highly recommended by one of the venues we looked at. When we met Tessa for the engagement shoot, we were feeling uncomfortable and awkward but it only took minutes for us to feel comfortable with her and what we were doing. We knew based on that experience, our wedding would be easy and it was. She is super punctual and organized and made sure we stayed on schedule. That being said, she was flexible when I wanted to duck back into the spa to have some of my hair re-curled before the couples shoot and when we wanted to go a bit out of the way to get a particular shot with covered bridges (we got married in Lancaster). The day was so smooth and we got all of the shots we wanted then we just had to wait for her to do the editing and post them online. It was well worth the wait- we got almost 1000 pictures and they perfectly captured the day. Tessa is the type of person that after you meet, you also want to be friends, not just see her twice for the engagement shoot and wedding day. She's a fantastic choice and we will cherish our pictures forever!!
"I first saw Tessa's photos when I went to look at Stoltzfus Homestead and Gardens and immediately fell in love with her photography. Picking a photographer is quite difficult because their is so many different styles of art and some often look similar, however I would not choose anyone to take my photos ever again for any major event. When first booking Tessa she got to know each one of us at a personal level and truly cared about each one of us as individuals. Tessa always had a smile on her face and never made us feel uncomfortable. We got married in Lancaster on Sept 23, 2017 and honestly if I didn't have her in my life my wedding would have not been on schedule. Tessa kept us going but also allowed us to have fun, which is the most important part! Not only is she an amazing photographer, but she even helped us during the reception make glow stick necklaces. I honestly don't know how she survived a whole day with us. I truly could not recommend a better photographer.
