These two are CHAMPS. Winter came in with a vengeance, what was just sunny and 75 a few days ago has turned to blustery and 35. Thankfully the leaves didn’t get the memo and Avy & Michaela were up to conquer the evening. Not once did they complain about the chilly temperature, rather, they spent the evening cuddling and making my job easy peasy.
Avy & Michaela met at NC State, more specifically during a missions trip to Philadelphia with their campus ministry. The significance of the two locations couldn’t be more fitting. Avy is a North Carolina native while Michaela is a PA gal. Their lives have now been built in Raleigh where Michaela is wrapping up schooling (just in time to get married) and Avy with a job in his profession.
These two are the sweetest. Holding of utmost value, their faith, which strengthens any relationship and brings it to a deeper level. I had the pleasure of photographing Michaela’s sister’s wedding almost exactly a year ago so I know how special this family is. I couldn’t be more honored to be a part of another celebration!
