Alex and Jess have known each other for many years. They met in a youth group in high school, and at first were just friends that turned into an innocent crush, but soon realized there was something more there. Jess and Alex began dating a couple years ago and Alex finally popped the question last year on a rainy day while visiting a lighthouse on Assateague Island. They’ve been taking their time with the wedding planning so they can enjoy being engaged and take in every step of the planning process. Both Jess and Alex name family, faith, and happiness as more important things in their lives. Jess loves that Alex balances her personality while Alex loves Jess’s pure heart.
I went to high school with Jess and had so much fun catching up with her during the shoot. She and Alex are a perfect match and I am so excited to have the job of capturing their love story. Can’t wait for their wedding next summer!
