Some Kind of Wonderful
Another beautiful wedding at The Homestead!
Randon and Michelle’s day stretched all kinds of weather; from heat, breezy, rainy to sunny. But every step of the way the joy could be felt and the excitement for this new marriage was shared between the couple as well as the many friends and family that came from near and far.
The girls prepped at Darla’s Hair and Care, a salon down the road from the venue. Michelle was calm and collected, yet brimming with excitement. Randon and his guys got ready at the location. With matching light grey suits and a pop of color in the boutonnieres, they were looking sharp. The ladies were not to be outdone, with their various style of floor length blush dresses, paired with floral rings in place of bouquets. A subtle, yet unique touch.
We waiting in anticipation for the afternoon rain to pass, an intense but quick storm. Randon was set to see his bride for the first time, as the barn doors opened and Michelle walked towards her groom. She was breathtaking and he was grinning ear to ear.
The rest of the early evening was spent with family, the bridal party and plenty of couple photos. The passing stormed cooled things off and the sun came out to play.
The grand barn was decked out, ready to welcome guests. Friends and family enjoyed delicious food from Serock, heartfelt speeches and plenty of lawn games plus dancing. The night was topped off with a sparkler exit, as the couple kissed to the cheers of their friends and family.
What a magical celebration it was!
