Michael & Kailey {WEDDING BY TESSA}

“I have never felt
such a beautiful solitude
in someone’s existence before.
The peace in you
calms the storm in me.”
– Anjum Choudhary Michael & Kailey {WEDDING BY TESSA}

There’s something magical about a wedding on New Year’s Eve…

The anticipation of not only the new beginning of a year, but the chance to witness an unmatched love. Michael and Kailey had spent months pouring over details and prepping for this day, and it came together perfectly.

The day began cloudy, which later gave way to rain, but it created this cozy feel to the afternoon. Kailey was surrounded by her dearest friends as they primped and prepped for the evening ahead. With each final touch, Kailey took her look to a new level. Dark eyes, a jeweled head band, maroon lip and of course the perfect fur piece to complete the look. While being the center of attention isn’t always Kailey’s favorite, she took on the day with grace.

The first look was as adorable as to be expected. Michael is expressive and was completely taken aback at his beautiful bride.

With the chilly temps outside, the girls took turns running out to pose with the bride. We couldn’t have loved the attitudes of each and every individual from this day more. They were up for whatever, chilly rain and all, and it was obvious that everyone was soaking in each moment.

Michael and Kailey have such a special relationship. We see all kinds of couples, but this one truly stood out. They have this comfort that they carry when in one another’s presence yet this adoration and respect that can be felt within moments of meeting them. And they are downright FUN, up for whatever and life of the party. So for them to have a New Year’s celebration, could not have been more fitting.

Their ceremony took place at Adelphia with a reception following in the beautiful ballroom. Every detail was thought out, from the table settings to the delicious cuisine spread. The new Mr. & Mrs. Berardis were announced for the second time in public and the real party began. And what a celebration it was! Friends and family filled the dance floor from start to finish. When midnight struck, the excitement was palpable. Michael & Kailey shared their first kiss of 2019 and the cheers could be heard from outside.

What a fun, fun day! Thank-you for having us be a part of it!
