I love her and that’s the beginning and end of everything.
– F. Scott Fitzgerald
John and Heidi’s story can only be described as serendipitous. They met at church where they were both taking a class. Heidi walked into the wrong classroom which turned out to be the right classroom, but for a different reason. John was in this class so Heidi decided to stay, and the rest is history. I had so much fun learning more about these two and witnessing their complete adoration for one another and joy in being together. They are the best of friends and it is so clear. The laughs and love were endless in the few hours we spent together.
This session was exactly what I needed at the end of a long week. John and Heidi were fun, inspiring, and refreshing, and the location and weather could not have been better for the second day of November. Ridley Creek State Park is another new location for me, but it quickly became one of my favorites. As I was scouting before the session I found that it may have been unnecessary as every corner I turned was prettier than the last, and there were endless spots for photo-ops for this small area. This couple was down for anything I proposed to them, and I think they may have let me photograph them for another 2 hours if the sun had not set. And better yet, they were so excited for and involved in their session!
Needless to say, I cannot wait for September 2nd! Their wedding day is sure to be a gorgeous one, and I am so excited to be a part of it.
