September 29th was a day Haley and I had been looking forward to for months and months. And let me tell you, the day did not disappoint.
Isak & Britt met at Epic Church. From the start, their relationship was built on a strong foundation of faith. God’s timing and plan is so evident in their relationship, especially now that they are able to look back at see how everything worked together to lead to their wedding day. So on a sunny, perfect Fall day all their planning and dreams came to fruition.
There are not enough adjectives to describe Brittany’s beauty. She was stunning in her gown, adorned with lace and fitting her like a glove. Her groom’s eyes said it all, as he turned to see his lovely wife-to-be during their first look.
We galavanted all over the beautiful grounds at Loch Nairn, the boys even allow Haley to take them to a nearby open field. The blue skies stretching for miles in the distance, perfectly paired with the occasional white puffy clouds.
Friends and family began to arrive and chatted amongst themselves as they waited for the ceremony to begin. Isak awaited his bride under the shade of large tree. The two exchanged vows and partook in the sacred act of communion, giving thanks to the God that brought them together and beginning their marriage with Him at the center. Friends read scriptures and Brittany’s brother and dad sang melodies of praise. It was simply wonderful.
The celebration continued indoors with heartfelt words from the maid of honors and best man, continuing with a dad speech that brought tears to everyone in the room. It was such a sweet celebration.
If you don’t believe in love, spend some time with Isak & Britt and they’ll make you a believer. What an honor it has been to not only get to see this relationship unfold but being able to visual document a portion of this love story. Isak & Britt, we are praying ALL of the good things over the beginning of your marriage. Thank-you for choosing us to be a part of it!
