Christian & Natalie {Wedding by Tessa}

When I saw you standing there I finally knew what happily ever after looked like.

Christian & Natalie {Wedding by Tessa}

August 10th was such a sweet celebration. Christian and Natalie not only adore and support one another but they are surrounded by a community that lifts them up and truly is backing this marriage.

Christian and Natalie met nearly four years ago in their “speculative mind” course at college. It was a required humanities course, and they say it was terrible. But that made each other’s company all the more enjoyable! They debate when their first date was; Natalie says it was their first meal together at their college cafe. While Christian says it was the time they went out for ice cream for his birthday. Regardless, their friendship led to so much more with a proposal on October 19th of last year.

We started their wedding day bright and early, meeting the girls shortly after sunrise. They prepped their hair and makeup, tucked away inside Brick Lane Community Church. The gentleman were close by, straightening their ties and putting on their tan suit jackets.

We took in the beautiful day, with bridesmaids and groomsmen portraits, anxiously awaiting the moment that Christian would see his bride walk down the aisle.

The ceremony was heartfelt and sentimental. This couple has based their relationship on their faith, and have a strong foundation. They declared their love and intention and were soon thereafter declared Mr. & Mrs. Fifield!

A brunch feast followed the ceremony nearby at the Spring Hollow Golf Club. Where guests enjoyed the grounds, dancing and of course plenty of breakfast cuisine. The bride surprised her groom with a rendition of L-O-V-E, and were sent off to enjoy their honeymoon with bubbles.

What a wonderful celebration it was! Thanks for having us document it all, we were honored to be a part of it!
